Content Creation Guidelines

Before Arrival

You will receive the couple’s itinerary and editing checklist within 7 days of the wedding. Once received, review all requirements thoroughly and complete the mandatory check-in here. This acknowledgment is essential for quality control and impacts pay.

Arrive 15 minutes early.

Attire

Neutral, logo-free, black-tie if required.

Behavior

Limit personal phone/social media use to breaks; no alcohol consumption.

Deliverables & Submission

Deliverables

Content: Hundreds of curated photos/videos (80-100/hour), delivered within 1 week

Submission Guidelines

Upload: Raw footage to the cloud. (Air link, Dropbox or Google drive) within 72 hours. The cloud link must be shared with aaron@flowerandoak.com
Payment Terms: Net 7 upon submission of deliverables.

Post-Wedding Steps

Within 72 hours, upload all raw photos and videos to either Google Drive or Dropbox, then share the link with aaron@flowerandoak.com.
Complete the post-wedding checklist found here.
Be prepared to make one round of revisions if requested.
Payments are processed within 7 days of upload. You will also receive an email invite to our direct deposit system, Bill.com, which you must accept to enable payment processing.
